Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
